I have used it 4 times so far. I typically shave only once or twice a week, probably let me stubble get to about 1/16" or so on some parts of my face, give or take. My stubble is relatively thin and soft I'd say.
So far the cutting action seems very smooth, no tugging. It does take several passes to get all visible hairs, so for me the entire shave takes about 3-5 minutes depending how thorough I want to be. With experience learn that some parts of face need to push harder or less, angles etc gets more efficient. For me no problem getting entire moustache under my nose. Some parts of face feel razor smooth, others "good enough". Stubble visible later in the day or next day.
Cleans off easy under running water in the sink. Have only used it to dry shave so far.
Overall for the price, outperforms other battery electrics I've had (nothing too pricey, at most $50) and is easier and more convenient than shaving with a razor and cream.
Feels like cheap and flimsy plastic in the hand, but gets the job done. If the blades stay sharp for a year I'll be happy, either replace the blades or just get another at this price.

I bought one of these 20 months ago and it is still going strong. I was leary when I first got it, mainly because of the price. The old "you get what you pay for" always stuck in my head, but I quickly found out that doesnt apply to this razor.
Pros : cheap, comes with 3 different attachments, USB charge cord, water resistant and you can lock the power button do it doesnt accidently get turned on while in your suitcase
Cons: the push button opening/cleaning the 3 head attachment is in the wrong place. I end up hitting the button and have the cutting heads fall out while shaving. the release button should be placed 180 degrees out from where it currently is. having to chase the cutting heads as they slide down the sink into the drain is kind of a PITA and preventable had someone thought out actually using the razor
It does cut slower and the straight line trimmer does not really like thick sideburns but if a fella uses the razor wisely, it cuts great. No razor bumps in 20 months of using it. I wish we could get ahold of replacement cutting heads instead of buying another razor but being 22$, its not a deal breaker. Writing this review because I hopped on to check on replacement cutting heads and cant seem to find em so I'm ordering a new razor

It takes a little getting used to, but once you I know that you will like it.
Works well; 18 blades (? underpowered). Charging could be better.

Bottom line is that it shaves as close and fast, maybe closer, than brand new blades and foils on my wired Braun. Including its incredible value, I give it 5 stars, a little reluctantly, because"¦
Before shaving, powering it on, it seems less energetic than an electric toothbrush with a single AA battery. RPM seems slow, maybe 500"“1000 RPM. But, even at 500 RPM, with nine blades per cutter, that's a blade going under each slot 75 times per second. There may not be any reason to go faster. Subjectively, it seems that it should feel more powerful as the head seems well constructed, with head linked for a coordinated convexity and true floating action for each individual cutter. Once a shaver puts the cutter against the skin properly, the performance is really a function how well regularly replacement cutters work. It makes no sense to pay almost $300 for a super-premium razor when the performance really comes down to regularly replaced cutters.
Out of the box, and regularly, needs a few drops of mineral oil on the blades.
The PROs are overall performance and value. There are two CONs related to charging: 1) it says don't charge over 10 hours to avoid damage, but charging should have protection circuits so that it can be left plugged in (preferably in a provided stand). 2) Although it's convenient to charge with standard, available USB, as mentioned in another review, the cord is proprietary, instead of using a USB C connection. This means you have to keep track of the cord at all times when it would be far preferable to be able to just have the shaver charge on what is regularly at hand, USB charger with standard cables.
Also, the protective cover should attach more securely. FYI: just blowing doesn't really clean around the blades; they need to be removed and brushed, an easy time to re-lubricate.
10/12/23: When I got replacement blades early, on sale, I noticed they only have a single ring, same as my original Phillips/Norelco. This razor, however, has two concentric rings, and each arm is Y shaped so that each arm has two blades, for a total of 18 each disc, instead of 9. Increased cutting area may be why it works well. When I looked into this further, I found another couple brands, well under $20, that have a USB-C connector, also 18 blades, and built-in pop-up trimmer, not separate attachment. This brand, Pritech, now offers a $15 version, with the more desirable USB-C connector and, remarkably, including a second head with three cutters. $15 for two sets of replacement cutters is a bargain, even disregarding the included razor!
11/3/23: it seems that the screens are very prone to clogging, and I should backtrack on the advice to oil. Just a film of oil after disassembly to clean might be good, but putting drops of oil in the assembled head just accumulates sludge. Simply blowing to clean the head after use doesn't work well. Now I'll try flooding with water from the bottom and the top.

I know...it's a man's razor. Unfortunately, the hair on my chin and upper lip doesn't know the difference. Over the years I have used many different types of hair removal and many types of razors. I tried this on a whim and I'm so glad I did. This is the best razor ever!! It quickly removes the hair and cuts so close that I can go several days without shaving again. The hair grows out so even it is barely noticible for several days. Makeup goes on evenly and smoothly. When I wear this out, and I'm sure I will, I will definately buy another!!
