Listen I don't really write reviews and being in cosmetics for over 30years theres not much that impresses me. I've tried fancy Shmancy $200 hand creams, balms, lotions, fancy concoctions from France and I've always thought more expensive had to be better. I never in a million years would have ever thought I'd be head over heels with O'Keefes hand cream! I'll gladly be the poster girl for them"¦do Not waste your time no matter how bad your hands are I promise you try three days straight you will never touch another hand cream again! I never thought anything would help my hands and since I work with my hands, I am constantly washing 20+ times a day in addition to having the pandemic just passed or even more cautious about our hands so honestly, I probably washed more than 30+ times a day with hot water & soap, in addition to all the hand sanitizers now & when I'm home I'm constantly doing dishes at home, cooking with a hot oven or stove & the skin on my poor hands are getting dryer and dryer and red and chapped and more and more cracked and even bleeding!"¦literally nothing seems to relieve them nothing"¦. until I found this Hand cream! Hallelujah!!!! Thank god you wonderful people DIDN'T add fragrance!!!

While packaging is not attractive for display in a bathroom or counter, the quality of both day and night creams is exceptional

I purchased this because I had been struggling with eczema and dry skin on my hands from frequent handwashing, and all the glowing reviews made this seem perfect. Unfortunately it has not been as great for me as it was for others, and I continued to struggle with eczema for months of using this. It is a nice hand lotion and I do still use it, but it was not what I needed in my case, as it took topical medication from the dermatologist to help my hands.

i never write reviews but i've been trying to find the right hand lotion for my insanely dry skin for years. my friend is a nurse who has dry hands from washing her hands a lot and recommended me this. i wash my hands constantly because i work with animals so my hands are dry, flakey, red, itchy and painful and no lotion works for me! not even a little bit. i used this night lotion one single night and my hands were 75% back to normal already the next morning. after using this day cream one time and this night cream a second night, my hands are softer and smoother than they've ever been. this stuff is amazing, i can't stop feeling how soft my hands are. they no longer hurt or sting or itch and they're softer than ever. 10000% recommend. i'll never use anything else! also after it dries well, it's not sticky or greasy and there's almost a nonexistent scent as well. i don't like fragrant lotions so this was a huge plus.
