Since we added some others to the family recently we needed to add on to our stocking set. These are a little bigger than the Lillian Vernon stockings we bought 15 years ago but otherwise they match up quite well. They are pricy but very well-constructed and made of good material.
We were also surprised about the early delivery 3 days before Christmas when Amazon was quoting Dec 28-Jan 8.

Ordered the stocking for our 18 month old grandchild, with her name embroidered in "cream" thread. According to our daughter who just received it, it looks like the name is in white thread. Otherwise she is pleased with it.

These stockings are pricey but so worth it. I bought 2 of them 28 and 31 years ago for my sons. I wanted a matching one for our first grandbaby. Was so excited to find Lillian Vernon still had these. They are much bigger than the ones of past years but of course more expensive. But these are heirloom quality. As you can see in photo the older ones still look brand new.
