Our state has a law that grants officers probable cause to pull you over if any of the lettering on the plate (meaning the state name and slogan) are even partially covered. One of the first things that I do when I buy a vehicle is remove all traces of the dealership that I bought it from. I paid them a lot of money...why should they get free advertisement as well..lol Unfortunately, when I remove the license plate frames from the dealership, just having the license plate there looks kinda plain. Not a huge fan of big, blingy bold things, these are perfect.
