Nice bra but I have to send back for replacement. Cups were big. Usually wear a D cupp but going down 1cup size

This has been my favorite bra for years and it did not disappoint again. The only negative for me is that the wide, comfy straps are set too narrow for my broad shoulders so they show under shirts often. BUT, it is worth having a wide band with an true A cup. I echo what others have said... I don't know why bra companies assume all A cup women have tiny band sizes or want push up and extra padding to look bigger. I do not. Even though I am a size 6 pant and have a flat stomach, I'm built like a football player, thanks Dad. My rib cage is wide, my shoulders broad and arms thick. If my chest looks big, the rest of me looks bigger. I know this from being bigger chested while nursing 4 kids. So- this is a great bra for me, it covers and cups are not padded other than the thin foam mold, a nice A, and band is great and smoothing and doesn't dig in. I love to wear button down collared shirts tucked in- almost every day, often with a sweater over the top. This is as great under all that as it is under a thin t-shirt. Perfect.

This was mostly comfortable, except that the underwires poked into my armpits the entire time that I wore it.

I wear a 38A and it is nearly impossible to find a bra in this size especially in this style. The cups fits exactly as I expected, but the band is slightly tighter than I expected compared to other size 38 bras. However, maybe that is because I am used to being stuck buying 38B sizes with the smallest cups I can find (which are still too big), but the last position fits just fine. It seems to be very well constructed with nice fabric, is smooth, comfortable, and I love that the straps are wide and padded (which is hard to find even in something as small as a B cup).

Also, FYI, the bands have 2 sets of hooks and eyes for this size (the photo shows 3 sets hooks and eyes) and a bonus 4 position choices instead of the typical 3 positions...
I have worn it several times in the last week! Overall I am very impressed with this bra, and it is just what I'm looking for. I think it is a GREAT value. I have washed it once on gentle cycle with air dry and it has done perfectly. I have already ordered three more of these!

I usually wear a 38-40 and this one is a 42 and is tight. The cups are more padded than I wanted and I removed the underwires. The cup shape is nice but just not very comfortable. I also removed the plastic bones in the sides. I am keeping it but it just isn't my favorite. It's made very well.
