Cheap, Sturdy and Does The Job.

A while back I bought some seven grain breakfast cereal that was so chewy that it made me think they must have had horses in mind when they made it. I tried to grind it up in a blender but the oats turned to dust and the resulting porridge was about as appetizing as library paste. I bought this grain mill because it seemed like the right tool for the job. I couldn't be happier with the result. It's easy to control how finely it grinds. Turning it is not that hard a chore. The resulting cereal was delicious with a much better mouth feel. When you get yours you won't believe you can by something made out of so much metal this cheap. Highly recommended.

I like the huge hopper. I don't like the fact that the hopper does not fit tightly on the mount. I lose grains through the spaces.

Works great. Just what I wanted. But it arrived poorly packaged. Only minimal padding. The box was broken. The instructions were perforated. The hopper was bent and wouldn't fit. I bent the hopper back into shape and got it mounted.
