My littmann after so many years its wasn't sounding good i could barely hear anything out if it anymore , i saw the reviews on this one and I couldn't been happier, this has loud and clear sounds
This is an actual professional Stethoscope that could be used by physicians paramedics register nurses and LPN, the acoustics of it is as good if not better than other stethoscopes in the market when my littmann got damage , I came here to amazon and bought a sprauge stethoscope i paid a little bit more for it than i did this one and as soon as i got it I couldn't hear anything out if it so i had to rush this order to get this one which its sound amazing. I give this a 5 stars and I highly recommend this product to anyone in the health care field. For the price is extremely inexpensive but very high quality.
If i could give it a higher rating than 5 i would , because i know this is going to be the one that i will used on a regular basis as I refuse to spend over a 100 dollars for a stethoscope and this one has better acoustics than a high price stethoscope
