For some reason when I open the box it was only 16 pack of Fanta grape and a whole case of Fanta orange normally get a case of each don't know what happened to the rest of the box it was not packed in there please explain

I love this flavor, but this time it was damaged on top. I had to throw out 5 of the cups. They are also getting harder and harder to separate, so when you tried to separate them, it tears the cups and the jello spills everywhere. It's too hard to cut. This is one of the best jell-o's I've ever had but it was delivered this I'm kind of in a mess. It was all over the inside of the box.
Tastes like pineapple flaring was added to it

It's not bad, but I needed as little acidic due to colonoscopy the next day. I felt like the pineapple flavor actually added a good taste to it; but steered clear of it until after. I had a box delivered. Tried it again to see if it still had that pineapple flavor in a different bulk and it did. 🤷"â'€ï¸ overall 4 stars bc I liked it, but maybe something happened at the factory.
