The picture shows some blue coloring in the pot which is why I bought it and when I got it, it was just black with some gold spots on it. Doesn't look as pretty as the one in the picture.

The planter is as described, but it is Black with Gold flecks. It is NOT weathered copper at all. Company did respond to my inquiry and were easy to deal with.

I was looking for something at least 12" wide, 7-9" deep, for irises. I also wanted something lightweight (so not ceramic or clay), but which would look nicer and be sturdier than plastic pots. (Even so-called UV resistant plastic pots break down here.)
I was worried that this "galvanized" pot would look too metallic, like junkyard metal, but the pot is actually quite attractive.
I'm only giving it 4 stars for "Sturdiness" because it has to past the test of time to get 5 stars, but I'm hopeful.

Needs more copper coloring

Nice larger size, and ok looking. I was expecting it to have more copper coloring in it. It seems pretty durable. I bought it for an outdoor bathroom with an artificial flower arrangement.
