I really like this HDMI cord. Appears to be very good quality for the price. Cord appears very well insulated and is stiff, maybe too stiff honestly... there is extra reinforcement throughout and even more near the connection joints so it should be difficult to break. Positive resistance when inserting and feels like a solid connection. Not worried about bad connection or it falling out.
I don't normally write reviews after 1-2 days unless it's obviously junk. However my initial impression of this were so good I felt I had to leave a review. I'm replacing my old cord which I use for my work laptop that I plug and unplug daily and have been having connectivity issues. I'm hopeful this cord will last me years without issue but only time will tell.

I used this product to connect my TV to my Roku device. The original cable wires were bent from reconnecting it too many times. Connection was poor due to that and when I streamed it kept buffering. Works beautifully now. This cable is sturdier and the cable itself is more flexible than the original cable. I would definitely recommend it.

I came so close to sending this back. I had previously bought a 50-foot HDMI cable, but it was too thick to tack up near the ceiling (and I'm not up to running it under the floor). This one is the right thickness for tacking but when I plugged it in, it did not work. After some troubleshooting, I was about to start the return process when I went back to the item here on the Amazon store. It had a very high rating, which suggested a low failure rate. I read the reviews and found one that underscored that this is a UNIDIRECTIONAL cable. Plug it in wrong, and you get nothing. Plug it in right and it works. I had a 50% chance at lucking into it working out of the box. The cable does have labels at the ends if you look closely. There should be a large message on the box and/or an insert, as this detail is easily missed (and it's the first cable I've ever had that was unidirectional - I didn't even know that was a thing). So far, it works great - much better than the wireless HDMI gizmo I tried and sent back (even at low settings, it was super laggy). Of course, wired will always be better than wireless.
