I used these in planter railing boxes on my porch and they are in all types of weather and they have held up really well. Little on the pricy side but overall a good buy.

Good quality. Dense. Smaller than I wanted / needed. Good for my exterior window boxes to set the flowers. (I used hot glue to affix these to the terra cotta pots - after I used some other foam Underneath to elevate it all. . It's kinda expensive but isn't everything these days?

These were pretty easy to cut using a steak knife. Worked really well for outside hanging holiday baskets in winter weather.
Two inserts are broken, but the planters are beautiful!

The overall product is really nice, however like some other customers, two of the inserts were cracked on the edge, which over time, will I am sure break. I ordered two sets of two planters, and one set was perfect, and the other was damaged. The company really needs to address this, maybe install foam blocking along the top edge to stop the insert from cracking during transit? The planters are really beautiful, albeit light weight and needed weight added, which I knew prior to ordering. I place a 60 lb bag of concrete at the bottom of each planter, then added the insert, which sat right on top of the bag of concrete. This will help keep the cracked insert from falling into the bottom of the planter, but I really should not have to add and compensate for shipping problems. A larger shipping box with foam around the top would solve the problem. I am keeping the damaged ones, but only because they are sitting on top of the concrete bags inside the planter and cannot go anywhere. I gave them four stars for this reason, but it is kind of sad because they really a nice planter if they would arrive undamaged.
