I'm treating this review as a bulking snack option for fitness and health.

It comes down to you. If you're over the weight of 210lbs. You ain't gonna like it. I've had MANY protein snacks and there are FAR worse keto protein snacks out there than this.

The taste gets old VERY quick. After 2 bites, you get tired of it because its not very flavorful. However, if it was this or a quest bar. Id much rather have this.

If you've has keto snacks and protein snacks. This falls perfectly in the line of protein snacks. It tastes like a protein snack.

It tastes like its there for your body goals and not you're taste. As most protein bars are.

I rate it a 7/10. There's definitely better options out there for Taste and taste alone. But for its very low calorie count. I wont mind bying more.

And yes, it DOES temporarily make you feel full.

First saw these years ago on Shark Tank and really liked them. They are a bit on the hard side, like an OG granola bar, but not as greasy as some other cheese snacks. The flavors are all very tasty, but I have to say I really like the grilled cheese ones. The benefit there is my husband is not so much a fan (I think because they hurt his teeth a little bit) so I know these snacks will be there when I want one.

I bought to go in my purse to keep on hand for snacks. Wanted something "snacky" but not full of carbs. These have a huge crunch, cheesy flavor and very satisfying. A little pricey, but to have a carb-less snack, it is worth it.

I purchased these to go into a box I leave out for the delivery guys - these were one of the first things to be chosen. They are pretty much like all the other 'all cheese' crackers out then in lots of different shapes. These are rectangles. They list different 'flavors' - but to me, they are all pretty close to the same. I try to change up the boxes over time, but I would buy these again because they are individually wrapped and easy to put out. They don't melt and are tasty.  Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. These satisfy that salty craving when I'm doing keto. I took away one star because they are very pricey
