The custom engraving is exactly what I ordered, nicely done, and easy to read. The fact that it can be engraved both front and back is a real bonus and gives plenty of scope for medical instructions. The bracelet is extremely comfortable to wear and looks good. It comes with extra pieces to lengthen it, and clear instructions on how to shorten it, so anyone should be able to get a perfect fit, as I was. I haven't had it for long and only time will tell how sturdy it is, of course, but it appears to be quite well-made and I don't anticipate any problems with it. By the way, if a person wanted to buy one as a gift, it comes nicely packaged with a little velvet drawstring bag.
