These are the best iron supplements I've ever taken. I've had low iron since becoming pregnant and all the other pills I've tried either didn't do much or made my stomach upset. This is a true gem in the world of iron supplements. Ladies - we all have deficiencies in iron and if is hard to digest. These capsules are stomach acid resistant and paired with the beet root it reduces constiperions (common with iron supplements) and the vitamin C helps your body absorb the iron better. You can take this whether you were diagnosed anemic or low ferritin. It brought my levels up from 3 to 14 in just 4 months. Don't have the exact units there but recommended minimum was 15"¦
