I really like that these bags are slightly heavier than others I've used. Also, thse have fold out bottoms that allow for more filling space. The attached device that helps to open and close each bag is just wonderful! It works like a zipper and allows for opening and closing to be easy but secure. This little devise takes the struggling out of trying to open/close the bag. I appreciate this feature very much.
Good for storage. Not for sous vide. Does not stand up.

I use these to store food in the fridge and the freezer. They work fine for that purpose. A few times I submerged a pouch of frozen cooked chicken into simmering water just to reheat it. The chicken reheated fine but a bit of water did leak in. So obviously this would not be good for sous vide cooking in my opinion.
They are easy enough to clean, you can put them in the dishwasher. They tend to like to be flat so you have to prop them open inside the dishwasher to ensure they get clean. On the same token, they do not stand up, even when they are filled with food. They are a bit heavy and flop around. It would be more convenient if they had some structure and could stand up like I've seen other pouches do, but it's not a deal breaker.
Also, it's best if you do not put the green closing rods in the dishwasher because they will warp a bit.

I use these to hold cut melon chunks or cherries etc. as well as onions. these are great space savers in the fridge. The solid slider bar that seals the pouch closed is easy to slide on and off. Sometimes I don't use the slider bar and just fold over the pouch. They are easy to clean and do not stain at all. I suggest getting a wire stand to air dry the bags after they are cleaned. They come in several sizes and a sturdy storage pouch for when you aren't using them. Good value too.

I had purchased some reusable bags about a year ago but they were very difficult to seal as a were very similar to Ziploc bag type closures. So I was looking for bags that could be easily sealed and fool proof. These completely fit the bill. The top slide slides onto the bag very easily slides off easily and there's no leaking. Very easy to clean as I do wash mine by hand and dry them on the rack but I'm sure they would do great in the dishwasher too. I recommended them to a friend who also purchased them and she loves them just as much as I do. I highly recommend this product.
