This kneeling chair is a Godsend! I have had two lower back surgeries and now have chronic pain. Before my husband purchased this chair for me, I could only sit in my office for 1 to 2 hours at the most - and it was agonizing. Now that I have the kneeling chair I can sit at my desk for several hours without thinking about my pain. It is very comfortable, sturdy, easy to get used to and most importantly it helps to reduce my pain and extends the time I can work in my office! I highly recommend this chair. The customer support "Jenny" even followed up with a hand written note asking me about my satisfaction! Wow! Really great product and great people who care about others and their satisfaction and comfort. I am sitting in my chair right now and still love it. It is also extremely easy to put together and comes with wheels which makes it even easier to move around my office without having to get up. This chair is a great asset for my health, well-being and overall productiveness in completing my work related tasks while in my office. Again, thank you Jenny, and I highly recommend this chair, not just for people with back pain, but to everyone. It helps to reinforce good posture, relieves any back discomfort and is very versatile. I love it! I am so happy my husband purchased this for me. Also, it does not have arms therefore it frees up a lot of space, it's footprint is considerably smaller than the typical desk chair. So, I'm going to start this by saying that I really do love this chair. It has helped with my alignment and has made working from home the most comfortable (overall) I've experienced in over two years. I will say, though, as someone who is 5'9" with fairly long legs (and apparently skinny shins), the chair was uncomfortable on my legs. I tried to look like the model in the ad, but either my butt hung off the seat or my knees protruded inches past the leg cushion. I'm not sure if my leg length (or lack of girth around the lower half of said legs) was the reason, but in the first week I developed bruises on my shins. I guess I needed to tell my shins to "suck it up, buttercup" or something because it settled down the second week. So, the only reason why it didn't get 5 stars is because there are only so many adjustments allowed. Other than that (especially for folks with more "normal" measurements), I would highly recommend this chair.

I can't compare it with other kneeling chairs but I can certainly say it is very comfortable. I was having alot of lower back pain with Zoom meetings 2 or 3 hours at a time, sometimes 6/day. I had what I thought was a comfortable regular office chair. The day I switched to this kneeling chair my pain got less and now, several months later, i can't even quite remember where the pain was. I sit all different ways on it, sometimes the intended way, but often i put one or both feet on the knee pads and kind of squat which, oddly, is also very comfortable, and on zoom appears the same as a regular chair. I had thought i would alternate with my regular office chair but i have not used that at all since I got this. I am in my sixties and not particularly agile or flexible and don't have a stong core.

Still loving this chair now since Feb 2021. I use it every day for Zoom 2-5 hours/day, and now also for violin playing at home. No apparent wear and tear on the chair (and little on me!) I had developed more back pain which according to recent PT visit actually came from irritated nerves in my neck, from violin playing sitting in a regular chair. With this chair it is totally relieved. Amazing! I am considering ordering a second one as it is heavy and big to carry up and down stairs but I would use it both places.

My legs was getting tired after sitting down and working, even only for an hour, with regular office chair. But this chair doesn't make me tired. No tightening of my thighs which makes me more tired and stiffens my other part of my body.
It's comfortable too.

Building was easy. Only problem I had was which setting, the angle. The height, you can change easily after building but the angle (?) you have to choose one of 3 settings (holes) and I won't know how I feel like until I finish building.

I love this chair.

I tried this chair and the SleekForm Ergonomic Kneeling Chair, and liked this one better. The three main reasons are 1) this chair feels more stable than the SleekForm chair. It's made of rigid metal tubes, rather than flexible laminated wood. The kneeling pad is one piece, rather than two, which adds to the feeling of stability. Second reason is the wheels on this chair. I'm used to being able to roll around my home office space, and sliding the SleekForm just wasn't going to work. The wheels are typical office chair wheels, so not terribly sturdy, but should be fine under normal usage. Thirdly, this chair is adjustable. The seat has 3 positions on the support tube, and the connecting piece between the seat pad and the lower front-to-back cross piece can screw out or in to raise the seat even more. The SleekForm is not adjustable at all. For comparison purposes, I'm 5'3" and weigh around 135 lbs.

Both chairs are comfortable to sit on, and both are nicely padded. I did like the rocking aspect of the SleekForm, but that feature didn't make up for the other issues.

I had some trouble assembling both chairs, and needed a 3rd hand on occasion, but got it eventually. This chair is a bit easier to assemble than the SleekForm. (For reference, I'm a 66 year old woman with a high level of comfort with hand tools and lots of experience using them.)
