I would have given this review 5 stars if the plates had come with a name template card inserts. They are lightweight, and stick to glass, drywall and cubical fabric with double sided sticky tape.

Nicely packaged with bubble wrap to avoid damage. Fairly sturdy. However, keep in mind that 8" x 2" is not very big from a distance. Unless you have a very short word, the font size can't be real big to fit on your-supplied paper/cardstock insert. And you must supply your own screws. But all in all a good product. Purchased two sets of 6 and then two more sets.
