I've used these about 50 times so far and they still sound great. These types of sticks will ware down slightly faster then regular drum sticks, the rubber sheath things that adjust the sound on the end have come off on mine but I put gorilla tape where they where and they sound great with it on there and that feels like it'll last forever. The handles and still holding up strong like new still. These are a must for any drummer.

Due to covid I found myself playing in TINY TINY places where drums are impossible. With these sticks I can play expressively without being loud. I could just play softer, sure if I was a skilled drummer with stick control and the ability to use brushes; but I'm NOT. However I'm now playing more gigs with these sticks so I just might get better at the drums.
I also use the promark cool rods these cost half. None of these bambo sticks last as long as sticks but they last much longer than I thought they would.
Yeah maybe get a pair and start using them so you can be a drummer that supports the music and not your ego.. Oh man preachy much?!?!
