the overall quality is amazing, but the metal rods will start to rust. had to grab pvc pipes from home depot and re-make the frame. cost around $55 extra. now it is perfect

I have tried a few different home tent saunas. None were all that great. This is the first one that feels like a real sauna while using it. I paired it with a good steam unit and this tent gets me the same results I get from going to a gym one. The walls are insulated well so the steam and heat stay with you. I use a chair in a bag to sit and a towel for all the sweat and moisture. Terrific alternative if you don't want to spend a lot for an expensive home sauna. It does take up some room and isn't practical to take apart so make sure you have a corner somewhere to store it.

replaced a sitting style home sauna. you had to use it like a tent. this one is pretty tall and has plenty of leg room if you sit on the floor or on a chair. tested It out, was a little difficult to start putting the material over the metal frame; may be easier as a 2 person job. it got steamy and humid, I had a great sweat. didn't notice any leakages anywhere. great addition to home health.
