I actually like this medicine cabinet. I would purchase again for another installation if needed. It is like Ikea, you have to assemble it but it wasn't difficult. The only issue I had was that it doesn't have the option to change the direction the door opens. When standing in front of it the door swings to the right. I needed it to swing to the left based on where it is installed. I dabble in woodworking so I had the tools and know-how to drill some additional holes to make the change. The measurements to drill these holes have to be precise, down to 32nds of an inch. For a novice it would be difficult to perform these modifications. Additionally, a novice might damage the parts while trying to make the mods. The key to my rating this 4 vs 5 stars is that the manufacturer should have machined the parts in the factory making it simple to make the door swing in either direction.
