Love this product however when I received my latest order, Amazon packaged it in a flimsy bag. At least 6 of the pods were busted, 3 completely so and detergent was everywhere. I wish the brand packed it in a more sturdy (recyclable?) box or that Amazon took care to package better. This is not a cheap detergent and to have a bunch wasted is not good. I was able to salvage some powder from the bottom of the bag, and threw the remainder of the pod in the washer, but it was very messy to unpackage.

Love this product. 💕 Cleans my dishes great especially in hard water and without so many hard to pronounce chemicals like other brands. The only problem is that the last two times that I've ordered the 65 count, at least half of the pods are busted open and the powder is all at the bottom of the bag. Doesn't seem to be a problem when I buy it off the shelf, so maybe it just doesn't ship well? Otherwise, I'd give the actual product 5 stars for cleaning power.
