The Over Easy Kitchen is the perfect complement to our Sylvansport GO camper. It provides an incredible workspace for prepping our camping meals, and I just LOVE the bamboo countertops "“ they are so sturdy and they clean up easily and fully! I had searched for the perfect outdoor camp kitchen for some time and came across the Over Easy Camp Kitchen in my search but was hesitant to spend so much money on it even though it seemed to be almost exactly what I wanted. I went ahead and purchased one hooping that it was money well spent since it did meet all the requirements on my want list. I AM SO GLAD that I didn't cheap out and go with something else. It is well built, easy to set up and very spacious. I look forward to many outings with my kitchen. No regrets here.

Overall we are pleased with this purchase. Not camped with it outdoors yet but assembled it in our living room (what else is there to do when we are all stuck inside) Very easy and intuitive to put up, made from sturdy materials. Keep in mind it will need a relatively flat camp site surface to remain stable. The bamboo surfaces are nice but do add to the overall weight, its a bit hefty to carry and has carrying handles only. A carrying strap to put over your shoulder would have been nice. We were a bit disappointed that it is made in China and not locally manufactured to support local businesses. I took off a star for the lack of an over shoulder carrying strap which really would make it much easier to carry around when transporting.
