I purchased 2 watches ID205L in February. One of the two watches stopped charging within six months. I contacted customer support by email and was pleasantly surprised with the quick and courteous response.I was asked to provide a short video of the problem which showed the watch going. Immediately to a black screen after removing it from the charger. I sent the video and got a response within 24 hrs stating they would be happy to replace the watch. A day or two later I was contacted and told that the model I had was not available but they wanted to send me the newer model IDW19 which had more features if I was agreeable. They sent the newer model out within a week and. I am very happy. Great customer support.
