Perfect for my EDC

I ended up buying this directly from Keysmart's website because of an email deal I received, so I was able to save a few bucks over the Amazon price. Now that I've had it for a few weeks, here are my thoughts:
I bought this bag specifically for my everyday carry. It's small, so you'll have to make choices about what goes with you--but that was part of the attraction for me. In the past I've used Nomatic's 20L backpack or their messenger bag as my EDC bag, but I found myself lugging too much stuff back and forth between my home and offices. I looked at the Nomatic Travel Laptop Bag. It is also small, but because it is soft-sided for me that would mean that I would overstuff it and I wanted to avoid that. The Keysmart bag, being hard-sided really forces me to carefully choose what I can take with me.
The bag is well-constructed. I like the organization features inside the bag, and there is just enough room for what I consider to be my daily essentials. I wouldn't travel with it. It's too small for that, and when I travel I will no doubt go back to the Nomatic backpack or messenger bag. But for a daily driver I think this bag is great. The one thing I am not in love with is the strap. It's okay, but not great.
All in all, if you are looking for a small, stylish bag this one is great.

This bag holds everything that you would need with your laptop and space for a few more items. But if you need to carry extra items for the day, I would invest in the backpack. It does give great protection for everything that you would be carrying for the day.

Exactly as advertised. Thin. Plenty of storage for the basics. If you want to carry a backpack's worth of stuff, this is not for you. Looks good. Carries the essentials in style. Surprisingly heavy for its size but you get used to it.
