I haven't had a chance to really use bench but set up was easy. Which is very important to me. I agree with previous reviewers regarding the adjustment screw know. You do have to play with it some and ensure that it's truly locked in place. It looks good and appears to be solid equipment. A bit of a delay in shipment (due to warehouse), support was easy to work with.

In coming to write this review, which I don't do often, I wish I had heeded the 'most recommended' review mentioning how crooked the back part is. On mine, one side is a half inch different than the other, not great for bench press activities where stability and being even is important. It also has a good deal of wobble, so I would strongly recommend against using it for any step-up type activities unless you're ok with the prospect of an ankle brace. There is no way to adjust it either, just poor craftsmanship and welding.
UPDATE:
The customer service team reached out to me asking questions and about wanting to make sure I ended up satisfied with the experience buying this bench. This type of thing is not common (even for my wife's fancy Peloton). The other positive reviews and the company reaching out to correct the situation is worthy of a 5-star rating at this price, and indicate that I probably just got one that wasn't put together well. Plus, despite my complaining I'm still using the bench for everything but step-up movements.

I ordered this a Christmas gift for my husband. We had an issue with the knobs to set the recline. Customer service was extremely prompt and helpful! Bench folds up easily, good bench for the price, and nice looking. If you're looking to store it folded upright you need a wall since it doesn't stand on its own. Laying it on its side is no problem.
If you want an adjustable folding workout bench that doesn't cost the world, this is it.

+ not pricey
Cons:
- Not for heavy lifting (a heavier model would be better for bench presses with > 150 lb)
- The leg roll is not very sturdy, could use a bit more padding, and doesn't adjust as easily as the rest of the bench.
- On the one I bought the back and the seat are not perfectly aligned. Not a major issue though, but quality control should have caught that.

I wanted a decent bench that had an ab option but I didn't want to spend much. After looking at a lot of benches, I chose this one. From the time I cut the box open, I had it set up in about 8 min. Nice and easy. I've done d.b. flat presses, incline presses, incline flys, 1 arm rows, seated bent over rows, seated curls, seated and lying tricep ext's and couldn't be happier. No wobble, and I'm on carpet even. The ONLY thing I'm not nuts about are the pads for ab work. They slide a bit, so if you're into your workout, super-setting, it can hurt a tad til you push em back. I've trained my entire adult life and got into hard core lifting over 20 years ago. I've trained with some incredible trainers and been on many a bench in many different gyms in and out of the U.S. For the $ - this is a good bench.
