I bought this to try the medicinal value of the Ashwagandha - this tea was about the cheapest you can buy - and it's sort of an ideal way to dose as it turns out. You get a controlled amount - and it really is good for 3-4 cups. Just add a few drops of stevia and you have a really delicious fruity blend - tastes just great. And you can then remove the teabag and use that fresh extract as a base for any other stuff you normally should be taking - yum retained. Powdered milk and instant coffee if you want - it's all really good.

I did not love the taste but it wasn't terrible either. I don't use sugar so that would help. If I drink it in evening it relaxes me so much I fight sleep while watching TV.

I'm not much of a tea drinker but wanted to switch out my caffeine at night for something else. This is a good, it's sweet on its own so taste it before adding any extras . Add extras little by little because it takes on the taste very quickly. Overall I'm happy with it and it helps me go to sleep.
