I bought this small leather carrying case for my husband who is a type 1 diabetic. He uses it specifically for all his diabetic necessities. He carries them where ever he goes. It is the perfect size to hold everything. It has a masculine style and comes with a shoulder strap for traveling, or it can be hand held like a clutch. The leather is good quality the bag itself will last forever. There are three compartments on the exterior (front/back) of the bag (1 snap/2 zippered) , and three compartments in the interior (2 large/1 small zippered). Bought this for a Jungle Cruise inspired outfit for Disney Dapper Days. It was the perfect explorer bag, and looks great. Being crocodile it is very stiff, not soft and pliable like cow leather would be. It also has a bit of a fishy smell to it. It is not obnoxious, or overly strong, but it is present.
