Compared this to four other much loved disposable pens, and not cheap ones either. test subject did not know which pen did each word. It was the smoothest ink flow of the five. Dries faster than you can smudge it but still leaves solid lines and no resistance except for what is applied by gravity. For $20 it's a nice thing to have in the home office.
Wouldn't use it for work or travel because of the weight and likelihood of theft.
I bought a blue one figuring I would have to get a black refill but the blue pen came with black ink. This is exactly what I wanted!

Bought this for my personal use and loved the idea of a red pen that I could easily find in my purse but this failed my color test. It was far from the vivid red I saw on my iPad. I was convinced it was just that someone had sent the wrong color and I even ordered another with plans of keeping the correct red and sending the imposter back. Didn't work out the way I planned because I ended up with 2 wrong reds. Still a beautiful pen but I was disappointed with the color.
