I absolutely love this ottoman. It is so well built, yet it is light enough to move around easily. I use it daily to either rest my feet or flip the top over and use as a tray for my morning coffee. Great product that is sturdy and well made. Packaged well and secure to insure delivery damage free. As others said, it did have a odor, much like sawdust. I left it outside for a couple of hours and also wiped down the outside and inside with a damp cloth with a drop of Murphy's oil soap. Smell is slowly dissipating, but is not noticeable unless one's face is up close. I'm hoping it goes away completely, as it is the only thing preventing a 5-star. I want to mention that this product was $48 more on Wayfair!
