left pedal has left hand screw thread

I could not get the left pedal to screw on - contacted the sales email address, and it was just that the left pedal has a left hand screw thread, while the right has a right hand thread. Noticed at least one other person had a similar 'problem' with the left pedal. Assembly manual is a bit out of date - some pieces like the seat now come already assembled and attached to the frame out of the box. Once I got the pedal on, everything now seems to work. Haven't had a chance to do a real workout yet, so am tentatively giving it 3 stars. . I am 5'10" and I noticed some of the other comments indicated that the bike was too low for all but short people. The manual says that the model has been changed and now you can make the seat higher - at max setting, it seems OK for me.
Bicycle seat was a bit hard and uncomfortable, but I put on a bikeroo gel set cover and that fixed it. Now have upgraded the rating to 4 stars

It has supported a 360 pound person even when cycling standing up. I felt really confident that it wasn't going to break or tip over. It is not noisy as its just a wool pad that I think puts pressure on the wheel to increase/decrease resistance. The pedals distance from each other is ok, I imagine if you have thick thighs this one may not be right for you, you may find it uncomfortable to pedal. One thing I did not like is the seat, it slid back once I sat down on it as I started peddling, now I can't adjust the seat forward because the thing you unscrew on the bottom of the seat is so stuck that I cant unscrew it and readjust it even with a rag on my hand for extra grip. Overall its not a bad bike.

So for starters I'm 6'5" (77 in) (195.6 cm) (1.96 m) with a 69.5 in wingspan. This bike fits perfectly. I'm 398lbs so right at the cutoff for the weight. So far the Bike feels good with one minor adjustment. You have to replace the seat. The seat unfortunately is not for big people and will squeak like crazy. But that's fine you can't accommodate for everything. I posted pictures to the seat that's gonna work perfectly for this bike and it took three minutes to replace. Assembly was fairly simple as it actually comes preassembled for you. The new bike seat I got was the YLG oversized Comfort bike seat. The old seat worked perfectly for my girl as she is smaller sized but she likes the new bike seat as well. Overall great product. Not a big fan of the display so I left that off. Smart watches do a better job recording and its accuracy is better.

I was so excited to get my bike to workout from home it was my first choice of all of them due to size and impact to the body. Was super easy and quick to put together by following the simple instructions was set up in 15 min. Great quality and great service, we had questions and when we emailed them they responded immediately.
