Functions great, but invest in rechargeable batteries

Works great, my cats are now on a normal diet/feeding schedule. I no longer get woken up at 3am with them singing the "song of their people" to get fed. The battery life on this is terrible, every 2-2.5 weeks, so get some rechargeable batteries and you will be fine.

Cats don't understand weekends or daylight savings time or anything like that, of course, so mine were constantly waking me up at the crack of dawn to feed them. I got so sick of it and someone suggested an auto feeder. It has SAVED MY SLEEP!!! Instead of feeding them manually at 6am and 6pm like I used to, I set this to feed them every 6 hours (3am, 9am, 3pm, 9pm so that they're full at 6am when they would normally wake me up haha). I got one for each cat. I love that it makes a little musical sound when it's time to eat because my cats learned this sound almost right away and they race to their room (oh god, yes they have their own room, I sound crazy) to eat. Anyways, I would highly recommend this product. The only complaint I have is that the timer is slightly off. The only reason I know this is because I own 2 of them, and one of them will go off a few minutes before the other, even though I set them for exactly 6 hours at the same time. Oh well.
