They're very pretty and look great up but the L hook holders thing is VERY long so the curtain does not touch the wall. It's fine for decor purposes but not for blocking out light.

We purchased these to hang in a tight space, in between a fireplace and a wall, for tall, narrow windows that needed curtains for privacy. The metal is definitely oil-rubbed bronze (versus just a solid bronze), which is the look that we wanted, with the copper accents shining through just the right amount. They are very sturdy and were easy to install. I like their more modern look too.
