Excellent moisturizing ingredients but strangely short "slip time" on skin

This eye cream has excellent moisturizing ingredients - look at all those emollients in the formula - and does keep the undereye area as well as eyelid moisturized (without being greasy, and without irritation for me), but the cream has very short "slip time" on the skin i.e. the little dollop that you squeeze out is soft and creamy to the touch, but needs to be rubbed into the skin within 2 seconds, or it just "sets" and you have to drag it across the skin to spread it out, which is a no-no for the delicate undereye area ! A very short slip time is usually a characteristic of makeup that you expect to last long and won't budge once applied, but not eye cream ! I found this very strange and for this reason will not be buying this item again, despite the non-irritating, fragrance-free formula.

Mine arrived in a jumbled mess. I am using them anyway, but it would be nicer if they were in order when they got to my door. I am not sure if this is a shipping problem or if they were like this before they got shipped out, but apparently I am not the only person this has happened to.

This product works really well the smooth out wrinkles and create a younger looking eye. However, it smells horrific so I had to add some essential oil to it just to be able to deal with it on my face all day.

I use this for my under eyes. They get very dry. This helps them but doesn't take the dryness away completely. It doesn't have a smell which I like.

Personally I purchased this product to help my eyes during a rough time. I had developed a rash/eczema on my eyelid and below my eye. It was so bad that the skin was constantly itchy, red and felt scale like/thick. I noticed after using it for a few days it had slightly helped the skin recover but unfortunately it didn't soothe the itch and at times it felt like the product was just sitting on top of the skin after a week or two instead of being absorbed so it didn't actually work for me for what I was hoping it would. However, I do personally think as a regular eye moisturizer for normal skin, I think would be a nice addition!
