Love this little table!!! Well made. The materials are solid, not cheap thin boards. For the size, I feel like it's pretty heavy and sturdy. There aren't as many pieces as I thought there would be either. A huge plus!! Expected a half day of work to put together. Recommend that you follow the steps on the instructions the way they are presented because of the way the holes are lined up. They did a great job with that!! The instructions are easy to follow and all the pieces lined up perfectly with the holes! We use this table as a dining and gaming table. Also a desk. Bought it for a small apartment I'm renting part time. Will keep it for my permanent home. Highly recommend!!
Update- we installed handles on the sides to help us move it around a bit easier. Has 6 metal wheels- 4 lock, 2 don't, but the two don't need the locks. Rolls great on bare floors. It also rolls easily on very flat carpet, but a bit harder to push around on carpet that has any plushness to it at all.

This table was exactly what I wanted. I needed something that I could extend out and when not in use, I could fold it down and move it out of the way. This does exactly that. Plus it has some storage underneath and that's always helpful. The only thing I can say is that putting it together was a little more time consuming. My son had it done by himself in about 2 1/2-to three hours.

I received the table in excellent condition with no defects and screw holes lined up. The instructions was just pictures but decent enough to figure out. I did watch a tipper table youtube assembly video before putting it together and used a power drill to tighten all screws after I hand tightened them. I love that it folds considering I stay in a small apartment. The storage shelves are convenient for me to store my keyboard and mouse when not in use. Only thing I dislike is the wheels do not roll great over carpet and a rug making it tough to move around. So far so good, glad I purchased.
