If you like mushrooms, (and I do!) get some of these! They may be a bit pricey but the are well worth it. Sooooo delicious! and rich. You won't sit down and eat an entire bag. These would make a spectacular addition to a charcuterie platter. Enjoy!

I first discovered these at Costco, but, during the pandemic, Amazon became the go to supplier. One day I started throwing them in my Ramen soup. When a handful of these cook for 5-8 min. In boiling water/soup base along with carrots and such, then I add the noodles. They are my favorite way to eat these awesome snacks.

These mushrooms make a great snack. It's nice buying them in a 2-pack since they go quick. They are delicious and filling , and I don't feel so guilty having a crunchy snack, since hey, they are mushrooms. They are good for you!
