I'm not sure I can knock a star off because they made my lights buzz. I should assume that, with the right light, it should be fine. If you do buy these, which I think you should because they are really a great design, just know that buzzing is a possibility. Just make sure they are still returnable and you'll be fine. Most often, dimming LED bulbs doesn't usually present this problem. It's more often an issue when dimming lights with built-in LED elements. While I do love the fading capabilities, along with a separate switch, one thing I will say is, the tiny switch does make it a touch more difficult to turn on the light on the way into the room, with having to reach inside, the opposite direction you are walking, in the dark. Leaving the room, with the lights on and the switch right in front of you is much easier. Not great for anyone with poor eyesight or arthritis. Overall a great switch for the right person, with the right fixture.

A very nice, inexpensive wall-switch dimmer. Easy to install and works perfectly. Love that it has an on and off switch so you don't have to adjust the dimmer each time you turn it on. And its little blue LED light is a nice beacon in a dark room.
