This is a DeWalt 20V Max* 4 tool combo kit. It is a good starter kit for homeowners and DIYers. Great value. It includes:
1. DCD771 Drill/Driver. This is a brushed version drill with 300 UWO. Because it is not brushless, it generates sparks. It has two speed settings: Speed 1 - 0-450 RPM and Speed 2 - 0-1,800 RPM, which allows you to adjust the speed for your tasks. The clutch has 15 settings and a drill mode. For tool only, the dimension is L 9" x H 7.5" x W 2.5"W. Weight 2 lb 11 7/8 oz, almost 3 lb. It has a light above the trigger.
2. DCF885 impact driver. This is also a brushed version. It is very powerful impact driver with 0-2800 RPM and 0-3200 IPM. It can provide 1400 in-lbs torque. The chuck is easy to operate with one hand. You can just insert the bit in. To release the bit, you just pull the chuck forward. The three led lights work great. They stay on for 20 seconds after trigger release. For tool only, the dimension is L 5.5" x H 7.5" x W 2.5". Weigh 2 lb.
3. DCS356 oscillating multi tool. This one is actually brushless. It is a great oscillating too with many features. Different from DSC354 and DSC355 with only 1 speed setting, DSC356 has 3 speed settings for versatility and control: Speed 1: 0-13,000 OPM, Speed 2: 0-17,000 OPM, Speed 3: 0-20,000 OPM. With each speed setting, you can use the trigger to control the control the speed - variable speed trigger. This feature is different from Milwaukee and Makita which has 6,000 or 11,000 OPM initial speed when you turn on. This feature allows you to cut with precision. The dual-grip variable speed trigger enables to hold the tool at different places so that you can better stabilize the tool. The tool-less quick change system for blade is worth mentioning. You push up the clamp, set the blade in place, the release the clamp, DONE! It saves a lot of trouble. For tool only, the dimension is L 11" x H 4" x W 2.5". Weight 2 lb 4 oz.
Another thing needs to mention is when you put the battery on, the battery sticks out more than the blade (Please refer to the picture). It can be problematic when you do flush cut. For example, when you install wood floor, you want to cut the bottom of the door jam, the battery might be in the way. For this, the Milwaukee one has better design - with battery slanted. Please refer to the comparison picture.
4. DLC040 LED Work Light. It has 110 lumens. You can rotate the light head 120 degrees.
The kit comes with a charger and two 1.5 AH batteries. The DCB107 Charger can charge both 12V and 20V batteries. The 1.5 AH batteries are very basic without power indicator. The tool bag is nice too.

My friend turned me into a Dewalt man. This kit is great for starting your tool collection. The drill and multi tool are excellent must have power tools. The batteries are the 1.5ah slim black ones. They'll get you by for small jobs, but if you're working on a bigger project or are a professional, I recommend getting a 5ah battery.
