Good Product Lousy owners manual

I am not a gamer! But I needed bluetooth headphones for phone talking, listening to music, videos, etc. these work great on all my bluetooth devices! There's a microphone in the ear piece for talking! I've tried it twice and people could hear and speak to me clearly! I haven't plugged in the cable and microphone for wired adaptions yet! [I plan to use them with my music keyboard, but that's a future review! The instructions are very small print in several languages, which is great as long as English is included! But it didn't explain alot! I ended up using Google College and YouTube for much of my instruction! So a thumbs up for the headphones themselves for now! The instructions need improvement! I haven't had the need to use customer service so I can't review that but I did receive my product in excellent condition and on time!

I love the color and design; for the price, too, my expects were a bit high. My last pair I bought for around 15-20$ and those lasted me about 3-4 years and worked pretty close to perfection throughout those years. So, my expectations were pretty big.
The one very bad thing I have to say is that at first, I almost returned them immediately because they were only capable of mono audio. I don't know why but once I charged it for a few minutes, it suddenly started to work - and I was using the audio cable the whole time too. That's my biggest complaint.
Some simple pros : ~Great look - cat ears, yay!
~ Very very comfy
~ Noise cancellation is actually pretty great, really considered doing 5 stars
~ Mic on it works wonderfully, my brother said he could hear me crystal clear
~ Very convenient mute button (this was big for me, as my one problem with my near-perfect last pair was that in order to mute yourself, you had to constantly hold the mute button!)
Some simple cons, aside from the problem at the beginning: ~ The audio cable is a bit ridiculously long; this could be a pro for others, but for me, it just gets in the way
~ The cat ears fall off way too easily; literally will just be sitting on my head and whoosh! See a cat ear go falling down in front of my face.
Overall, I am happy with these and won't be returning them like I thought I would. I won't necessarily be seeking out this company or exact model in the future, however.

I bought these over 6 months ago and they still work as good as the day I got them. These are cheap for headsets but I've asked people and they it sounds great. I use them for work, not gaming though. The only real flaw is that the cord to the mic gets loose as others have mentioned. But they don't stop working, I just get sound from one side, jiggle it and both are back. As far as looks :)
