Works well but narrow feed

It does what I wanted: replace the hand cranking on the Atlas, obviating the need for the occasional helper. (I consider the manual Atlas as the reference for pasta making.)
There's a few things to note:
a) their numbering runs in the opposite direction and the detents seem to be spaced uniformly (unlike Atlas).
b) the thinnest setting feels thinner than that of the Atlas (but I did not make a direct comparison). I can get something that feels close to angel hair (not not quite, but thinner than the Atlas).
c) the feed is narrower than the Atlas, so you need to shape/cut the dough accordingly. In contrast the Atlas processed almost anything reasonable. Of course your muscles need to be in good shape.
d) The KitchenAid+Cofun seemed to struggle with dry or thick dough. This may be due to not figuring out the limitations (as per (c)).
e) On the plus side pasta making is a whole lot faster and easier once you've started adjusting to the Cofun.

Examine closely before using it the first time

It seems to be a well built product. When I took the pieces out of the box, I looked through the 3 pieces closely and spotted a piece of metal shaving in the spaghetti cutter. It was apparently left behind from manufacturing. It is bad manufacturing process and bad quality control. Before using this product, examine it closely. I suggest making a batch of dough to run through the roller and cutters to clean them out, then discard the noodles made.
Another issue is that when the roller is running, it makes a squeaking noise. I will get some food grade mineral oil to lubricate the roller as described in the user's manual, see if that fixes the problem.
Overall, I like the product, and the cutters cut the noodles cleanly. The roller thickness markings are painted black, making it easy to see, unlike some other products with only indented markings.
Update:
After putting a few drops of food grade mineral oil into the roller as described in the user's manual, the squeaky noise went away.

This thing hooks right up to the KitchenAid with no trouble. I ran a small piece of sacrificial dough- about a quarter of a batch- through the roller and each of the cutters to ensure that they were clean and debris-free, then got to rolling.
So far we've made ravioli and fettuccine and it's been great! I run the dough through twice or thrice at setting 8 (thickest), and again at 6 and 4, followed by once each at 3 and 2, respectively. That's a good thickness for ravioli skins. Setting 2 is a little too thick for fettuccine. Haven't actually made spaghetti yet, but on the cleaning dough, the spaghetti cutter did a fine job.
I highly recommend this collection of attachments!

Bought this product to attach to my kitchen aid mixer to help make pasta at home. Was deciding between this and the original attachments from KitchenAid. Ultimately went with this Cofun attachment due to price. Glad to say that this was a well worth it purchase. The weight is as heavy (the same) as the OEM attachment and functions great. I've used this multiple times to make great pasta noodles.
Here are some things to note about this product:
1) fits perfectly into the kitchen aid mixer attachment area and the weight is slightly heavy
2) when using the pasta roller, the numbers are different from the original. To roll out your dough on the original attachment, the widest setting is 1 while narrow is 8. However, Cofun's attachment is flipped with 8 being wide and 1 being the narrowest.
3) you cannot wash or immerse the product in water. The great thing is you actually don't even need to wash the product if your dough is made correctly, which helps with the clean up.
Overall, great product to help make pasta at home. If you are deciding whether or not to get this, i would so go ahead and buy it.
