I don't have much experience buying foam clay, but was pretty pleased with this purchase. Using the clay does take some getting used to. Unlike regular sandy/clay, it's a little harder to smooth out. however, it still worked well on my cosplay and i would buy again if needed

Very easy to work with, dries in a day or two depending on the project thickness. Bonds to other foam and it's self as it dries. Very lightweight, does shrink slightly as it dries out. But is kinda stretchy and flexible after drying also. Highly recommend.

It's light weight, a soft and cool texture, I played with my nieces and nephews for hours with this. It's both great for new projects (currently making a bust sculpt with it) and fantastic for kids (above the age of Puts Stuff In Mouth, don't let kids with oral fixations near this, they will try to chew it or eat it!) I definitely see myself ordering more.

Light weight. Good for sculpting accessories and items stuck to props. The antlers and mushrooms were made with the foam clay. I nearly forgot I was wearing the antlers. Would buy again!
