I purchased an XL in this skirt/skort and I typically wear size 14-16 in Land's End bottoms. I probably could've gotten away with a size Large, but it probably also would've been tighter more than comfortable. Given that I'm opting for a little more room, the skirt presents as if it's fuller-looking, but I'm okay with that. I think it's cute, well-made, the pattern is vibrant, and I like the hidden pocket underneath in the shorts. P.S. I wear these for fun, loving the modesty shorts underneath provide, and not for tennis!

I'm a true 3XL in almost all my bottoms (46in waist, 57in hip) and this was surprisingly a bit too big on me, at least what I prefer for my athletic bottoms - zero compression/support and felt like I would constantly be pulling it up. The other reviewers are correct that the shorts are very short, which is ultimately why I'm returning because if I go down to a 2XL to fit better in the waist, the shorts won't be long enough to cover the part of my thighs I am trying to prevent rubbing together. The material is great though, feels very light and breezy. Wish it could have worked!
