This product is a lot better than the WOW products are. At least I don't have a handful of hair after each use as I did with the WOW product.

I would have given it 5 stars I love the way it makes my hair feel, but when it got delivered it had spilled in the packaging. Definitely worth it though!

Really seriously have less fall out when I shampoo. Prior to using I was saving those strands since I had been really concerned but here, we are into the second month and no hair fall out, so yes you could say I am pleased and will keep on using.

I've been using this shampoo and conditioner combo for 2 years to my absolute satisfaction.
However, there are some inconsistencies that I don't know what they mean.
1. The seal on each bottle is strong enough most times to survive delivery without bursting.
Even if it does burst the cap is screwed well enough to prevent spillage but still it's worth noting if it can be solved.
2. I order mine for delivery every 2 weeks so I have a set in reserve.
The last set that was sent, the shampoo was completely watery in consistency and it and the conditioner had no fragrance at all.
I like the fine and slight pine fragrance.
Having none felt weird.
Not being sure if the product was good or faulty I disposed of it and opened a backup one with the pine aroma and thicker consistency.
I like this company's products.
I hope they sort it out.
