I had read the reviews before purchasing about the smell. I didn't even open the shipping bag and could smell it. very strong. Since we were to get a hard freeze, i opened the package, took the paper out to a shed and left for 12 hours in the cold. I can't smell any odor right now. I would not suggest putting in
a home freezer. I like the product, the smell was the reason for the 4 stars. I want to use on the front of
