I've had the scale for over a year and find it to be really helpful in gauging progress over time. It syncs to the app "Fitdays" and updates super quickly via Bluetooth. The metrics are helpful and very easy to understand. Each one expands to give some basic info (what does it mean) and ranges (low, good, excellent, etc.). Be mindful or typical weight fluctuation throughout the week (some times I'm 2lbs higher, sometimes I'm 2lb lower), but generally it's is right where I expect. Highly recommend this scale!
