Hemmed my husband's lightweight sweats (4 inch hem)

At first I didn't think it would work. The pointer on the bottle would not disburse the powdered glue. I opened the top and just sprinkled it on. Used a wooded spatula to spread it so there were no clumps.. Worked well. I hemmed 4 inches and by putting 10 to 15 seconds with the heater on each part of the hem worked well. I washed them right after hemming and they are held together well. I haven't tried to unhem them but so far am pretty pleased by the product. It did what I hoped it would do. Hope this helps.
Not as convenient as I thought

Sprinkle powder along fabric. The "heated"
Iron like tool warms up. Use the paper provided to cover & press the iron onto the paper, not directly onto the powder & fabric.
It didn't meet my expectations.
I got what I paid for.

Easily cut, hem and hang curtains.

I shortened my Dining Room curtains over a radiator cover. It was easy but I didn't cut them short enough the first time. (Measure twice, cut once..something, something). And add the hem length to your measurements. I only needed to take them off the rod, reheat with the wand, adjust and reheat them with the wand to rehang them correctly above the radiator cover. I used newspaper underneath the curtains while heating them. Towels probably would have worked as well. Toss the paper in the trash as it'll be dusty. Just vac up the dust afterwards. This guy can't sew to save my life. It was easy.
Great stuff
