The 22 mm qr pins provided are too short. The band comes off and I have had to replace the pins with ones that are actually 22 mm long. Note: because the provided pins are quick release (a good thing) they are really difficult to remove. One needs to stretch the leather to allow the pin to be removed. Otherwise OK so far.

The quick release feature does not work unless you have a watch with tiny little pin holes - mine does not. My watch fell off twice. When I called and emailed the customer help lines - no response. Since I appear to be on my own here, I will need to figure out a way to cut the quick release pins out and install the pins from my old watch ban. The band itself is quite good - too bad the pins are unsafe. The pin that failed is 24mm long fully extended - the band is 22mm wide as is the watch band mount opening on my watch - 1mm per-side to hold a man's aviator watch band? Obviously, another fail point. UPDATE - I was eventually able to reach the seller. They were quite helpful in informing how to remove the quick release pins and they are sending me a new band free of charge. Again, the bands are high quality - the quick release feature is risky.
