Very Good Gin Flavor Profile

I have not been looking for a 100% Gin substitute, but rather a N/A spirit that I can mix with Gin to enjoy a lower alcohol / lower calorie Martini on work nights. Most others I have tried have disappointed. To much citrus, sour cucumber, no semblance to Gin.
Monday Zero Alcohol Gin does not disappoint. Popping the top, first nose and first straight test-taste, and I was suprised. This is the closest thing to a juniper-forward London Dry Gin I have yet tried. Very tasty. It could almost pass for a mid-quality real thing.
Five nights mixing 50/50 with my favorite everyday Gin, vermouth, olives, and a little dash of olive juice, slightly dirty, and I am very impressed. Perhaps it helps that Monday mimics the flavor profile of my favorite Gins very well (don't think I'm allowed to name the brands here), but I am very pleased. A very tasty, enjoyable cocktail with all the ritual and flavor, with half the buzz and calories.
Similar to some excellent, thoroughly complex N/A IPAs recently released in my Pacific Northwest neck-of-the-woods, I'm liking this. Monday Zero Alcohol Gin is a winner in my mouth. I'm intrigued by Tanqueray 0.0, and will be interested to compare it when it eventually makes it to our side of the Pond - but until then, Monday's the day for me.

Small Pour is Big Flavor!

Update: After some time (and becoming pregnant so no more real gin) I have learned how to drink this stuff. The problem with my first drink, and reason for the negative review, was I poured it like I would pour gin. If you do that... you will hate it haha I tried it again only pouring a SMALL amount in the glass and it's pretty good. Last night I had some with a cara cara orange wedge and citrus tonic and it was fantastic. The juniper comes through and you can really enjoy it, but of course it will never be real gin haha
Previous Review: I was so excited for this product! I'm putting together a gin bar for an event and I loved the idea that everyone could enjoy putting together a delicious gin and tonic even if they didn't want to or couldn't drink alcohol. It was well packaged when it arrived and the bottle design was beautiful, it would have looked great at the bar! But the flavor was just not for me at all. I'm not a fancy gin drinker but I do love all types of gin and experimenting with different tonics and garnishes but there was just no redeeming this drink. The juniper was so aggressive it just tasted very intensely like pine and nothing else. It totally overpowered the mixer and was just not enjoyable. I had a friend over who also enjoys all types of gin and tonic herself and we both really disliked it. It seems some people really love it, and I wish it was me, but it wasn't.

Very good product. I am an avid G&T drinker and this hits-the-spot. My wife has been graduating away from alcohol over the last few months and thoroughly enjoys this in a G&T. Why the loss of a star? 1) They apparently are having an issue keeping up with demand. My wife's last order was pending for over 1 week and then was abruptly canceled due to product availability. As the only seller and provider of the product is the manufacturer, the product looses a star. 2) cost is quit high for a product that requires no dedicated storage facilities for fermenting and aging (two of the primary reasons for high-end alcohols to have the price tag that they have). I understand paying $80+ for a single malt Scotch aged over 15-years as it has to sit somewhere and take up space, but this is more along the lines of soda which is mixed, packaged and shipped ASAP.
Fascinating Stuff

FIrst of all, it is NOT an alcohol substitute. Smells like gin, but tastes way to fruity to be used straight as in a martini. Yet, I found it interesting in mixed drinks (Gin and Tonic ect.) In fact, I did use it in conjunction with my regular gin in my dirty martinis and it was interesting. I am actually on my 7th bottle, so I guess I've acquired a taste for it. Price is way to high because you paying for the really cool packaging and the uniquely thick bottle. I would say try this, you may really like it.
