This rug seems well made and trapped a lot of stuff from the shoes of our guests at a recent party, but I have one problem. One end of the rug refuses to lay flat though I have put all kinds of weighty objects on it for days at a time to smooth it out. It's the result of having been tightly rolled up prior to shipping, of course. But it's a tripping hazard! Any suggestions on how to get it to permanently relax and lay flat?
