Works on my moped style ebike, holds big laptop

I wasn't expecting it, but I can put my Dell P15v 15" laptop with bag in this bag, although I'm not planning on doing it. They expand out quite a bit, so the long tie down straps should come in handy. It's not super heavy canvas, but it's not bad and it seems well made. I loosened the bike seat and slid one end under the seat and tightened it back down. Now it's not going anywhere. The other end is tied with the string to the back of the cargo rack and the ends tucked in. It will hold two plastic grocery bags of stuff easily.

Its a good product, but I expected this quality from a 20$ version. Its literally a stitched bag that holds widgets. It has good reinforcements but don't expect anymore than to carry 2.5 gallons of milk total. It doesn't hold its shape well and does have strange stress points, but should hold up for more than a couple years. I don't think its UV resistant, but also won't test it because of how light and portable the bags are.
