I bought a new glass stove top and quickly realized I needed new pots and pans. These are heavy duty and sturdy. Lids fit well. I wasn't crazy about the bronze color, preferring the black, but I ordered it anyway because it was cheaper. I am very glad I did, because the color is more of a soft taupe, and it blends in beautifully with my dining room table and chairs. This was an expensive purchase for me, but it was definitely worth it.

So this is a very good set to use-
I've used so many sets before and nothing can compare to this- you know how hamburger can stick to the bottom of pans- well I used no oil/butter or sprays on my pan and I made a burger and j almost had to catch my food from how fast it slides off- I have not yet found 1 thing that can stick in these pans- I've tried eggs- pork- hamburger- steak.exc"¦ WARNING- do not use anything metal or steel- not even a butter hide bc it will ruin the pans- only plastic kitchen sets- plastic tongs/spatula exc..

Expensive but worth it

I wanted to use every pot & pan prior to writing a review. If you follow the manufacturer specs on the set you will see the performance. Here are my pros and cons:
Pros: the cleanup is a breeze. You can practically just wipe them up. Nothing sticks. The handles to not transfer heat. They cook evenly which is important to someone who loves to cook. However, you can only cook on stovetop med to low heat. Also no dishwasher cleanup on these pans. I use a soft sponge with a small dab of Dawn.
Cons and reason for 4 star: They will scratch even with using their utensils, which are expensive. So lightly stir don't dig/scrape with extreme pressure.
Also for the price of this set was disappointed the pans came with no lids. Also the oven temp only goes to 400 degrees.
In conclusion, I would recommend these pots and pans. The pros out way the cons.

Anolon is the best in my opinion, even above calphalon. Food cooks evenly and easy to clean. I would not put them in the dishwasher, you'll get more life from them.
